With Whitney Uland
A hand-picked room. A mansion in the Hollywood Hills. And a camera crew.
October 2, 2026 · Los Angeles
Application only. Applications close August 28.
You already know you were made for bigger things. You’ve just never been in a room that treated you like it.
You’ve done the work in private. The courses. The journaling. The plans you haven’t said out loud to anyone. What you have never had is a room full of people who see you as that version of yourself before you’ve proven it — and a camera pointed at you while it happens.
That’s the gap. It doesn’t close alone.
The fastest way to become a celebrity is to be witnessed as one.
Not to study a celebrity. Not to plan to be one. To walk into a house in the Hollywood Hills, get photographed on the way in, be introduced to the right people by name, and be treated as that version of yourself for three straight days — until your nervous system stops arguing with it.
Be coached live, by name, in front of the room
Be photographed the way you’ve been waiting to be photographed
Be introduced to the person you needed to meet — because we matched you on purpose
INTRODUCING THE
RETREAT
A curated room. A camera. And a matchmaker.
It’s time to step into your next level of Celebrity.
Yes, there’s a red carpet. Yes, there are photographers at the door. But the thing that actually changes is what happens in your body when you stop flinching at being looked at.
Here’s how we do it:
A Curated Room
Every application is read. Not because we’re precious about it, but because who is standing next to you is the product — and because this is being filmed, you deserve to know who that is. This isn’t a room you can buy your way into on a whim.
A Camera
The retreat is the setting for the How to Be Famous series. Paparazzi outside. A crew inside. A red carpet at the end of the night. Most people spend years waiting to be photographed like they matter. Here you do it on arrival.
A Matchmaker
Whitney reads every application and assigns the introductions herself — who eats lunch with whom, who needs to know whom. The musician looking for a producer gets seated with one. This is the part no course can hand you.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Because the room is the product. Whitney reads every application herself and builds the room deliberately — including who gets introduced to whom. It also means that when you walk in, you know something about everyone standing near you. That matters more than usual when there are cameras in the house.
-
Yes. The retreat is the setting for the How to Be Famous series, and everyone in the house is on camera to some degree. You agree to this when you apply and sign a release at checkout. You do not have to be a featured storyline — if you’d rather stay in the background of the series, tell us and we’ll respect it. But you should not attend expecting not to appear.
-
No. Friday is the main event and the day everything is built around. Wednesday and Thursday are open to you if you want them — you’ll be inside the mastermind week, watching Whitney coach and direct, with optional content sessions. Both are included in your seat either way.
-
Bring two looks for Friday. A daytime look for coaching, breakouts, and the paparazzi arrival — the outfit you would want to be photographed in on the day you get recognised. And a full-glam look for the evening, because there is a red carpet and a step-and-repeat, and those photos are yours to keep and use. Wednesday and Thursday are relaxed.
-
Artists, creatives, founders, coaches and leaders who already know they’re meant for more visibility and are done circling it. Plus Whitney’s coaching team and guest experts: a wealth coach, a Hollywood producer, a celebrity psychic, a Content Coach, a talent agent and more. If you’re looking to sit at the back and take notes, this isn’t that.
-
Doors at 9:30 AM. We break at 4:30 PM for dinner, then reconvene offsite at 7:30 PM for the red carpet and the screening. Plan your travel so you can be there for the whole day — the evening is not an optional add-on, it’s the climax.
-
Both, but not the way you’re used to. We cover visibility strategy and positioning. But strategy without identity alignment doesn’t hold. This is about recalibrating your nervous system so that being seen feels safe — and then putting you in front of a camera the same week, so it isn’t theoretical.
-
A private mansion in the Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles. The exact address and travel details are sent once you’re accepted. Travel and accommodation aren’t included; recommended hotels are provided with your acceptance.
-
You don’t pay until you’re accepted, so nobody puts money down on a maybe. After that, we don’t issue refunds — but your investment doesn’t disappear either. It can be rolled to a future event, a digital program, or coaching with Whitney.
-
The $1,500 fee covers your experience while at the mansion, but is not inclusive of lodging or travel expenses.

YOUR HOST
For years I was the poster child of the struggling actor. Up at 4am, dragging myself to auditions, being told over and over that I was missing the It Factor — and nobody could tell me what “it” actually was.
So I built it myself. I figured out what separates the artists who make it from the ones who don’t, and I learned to turn it on deliberately. I signed with top agencies in New York and LA. Then I stepped away from acting for five years and built a multi-million dollar company teaching other people to do the same thing.
Here’s where I actually am right now. A few weeks ago I sat down with a management team who were not taking me seriously — fifteen minutes late, checking their phones while I talked. I had about four seconds to decide whether to get small about it. I didn’t. By the end of that meeting they were pitching themselves to me, and not just for acting — for the whole ecosystem. Days later an offer came in for twenty days on a feature.
None of it is signed. That’s the point. You’re not watching someone who arrived — you’re watching someone do the thing, in real time, and teaching it while she does.
